A class goes for one hour and includes a warm-up, a strength or skill, the workout of the day (WOD) and a cool down. Each athlete will receive his or her own scaling to match their needs and abilities.

CrossFit utilises Olympic lifts, gymnastics, mono-structural activities (such running, rowing, etc.) and body weight training in mixed bouts of work and rest intervals. Workouts are usually kept short and intense but are constantly varied in terms of time and modality.


Get your Engine firing with this high energy 45-minute class that blends a fast-paced cardio workout with high intensity interval and resistance training. This class is perfect for somebody looking for a non-stop, action-packed period of exercise, without the heavy weightlifting and high skill gymnastics. The main focal points in Engine are cardio, muscle tone, flexibility and agility training.


Kids CrossFit

Children learn CrossFit Foundational movements in a super fun way! The goal of the course is to increase athleticism in the ten recognized fields: speed, strength, power, endurance, coordination, agility, accuracy, balance, flexibility, and stamina.
Above all, this course strives to give children a lifelong love of fitness as part of their daily routine.


Teens CrossFit

Our program has the goal to give the teens from 12-17 a performance edge in sport and in life. Teens will be instructed in proper weightlifting technique and gymnastic based movements as well as metabolic conditioning to challenge their fitness and challenge their minds. If they can take what they learn from these classes into the outside world, they will be unstoppable! All trainers for this class are qualified CrossFit Kids Trainers, who specialise in teaching CrossFit techniques safely and effectively to growing bodies.
